We've been teasing this on the Rob & Eritrea show, but I'm excited to officially announce our first event of 2023, April 15 at Pax & Beneficia Grapevine. I wanted our events to be MORE than just a meetup. A place where we can hang out and have a unique experience that is equal parts entertaining, educational and FUN! So we are going to kick it off at my favorite DFW Coffee Shop, Pax & Beneficia. Join us on April 15th for a private Roastery Tour, where you will learn how Pax's coffee makes it from the farmlands of Colombia to the amazing drinks at Pax in DFW. All attendees will receive a personalized bag of Pax & Beneficia coffee along with the immersive roastery experience. You may even get to roast your own bag! Afterwards, the Pax & Beneficia team will each us all how to make our own Latte Art in a special Latte Art class brought to you by our partners at Mannkind. You can sign up for the event on our Eventbrite, and we're charging a $5 fee to hold your spot. We are working hard to make this an extremely valuable experience, and the data says when you charge a small fee for attendance people are more likely to honor their commitments. The value of the roastery tour, latte art class and bag of coffee is currently $80 and we'll be doing surprise giveaways from some of our favorite Diabetes creators and brands as well. So don't miss it!This is just the first of our 4 events planned for this year. We'll also be doing an event in Denver Colorado in the fall, and a Pickleball Tournament for National Diabetes Awareness Month. Big things on the docket for DDT, and I can't wait to tell you more.
