September 2024

Dear ,

I'm writing to you with renewed vigor after the successful completion of our third Diabetes Legends Basketball Clinic. Over 100 young people with diabetes have come through one of our three clinics in the past year, and I am extremely grateful that we've been able to bring our clinics to kids with diabetes in Denver and Dallas. There will be more to come! Special thank you to Gary Forbes and Lauren Cox for helping us pioneer this effort. I also want to thank Medtronic Diabetes for believing in Diabetes Legends and sponsoring each of our first 3 clinics.

Now we're setting our sights on the 2nd Annual

, which will be November 30 at Hackberry Creek Country Club in Dallas. We have some very special guests lined up to attend, so don't miss it! Bring a friend, or have your company register a team.

We've continued to post weekly episodes, and some of my favorite conversations to-date are coming to you very soon. Be sure to check out any episodes you've missed down in the bottom of this email.

Most of all, we're approaching the 300th official episode of Diabetics Doing Things, and while we've published almost 341 when you include special episodes and #toolsoftype1s, I've got something very special in store for the 300th episode on the feed. I'm looking forward to sharing it with you.

Thank you for all your support, I couldn't do it without you.

Rob
